So like I said I would do, I've just been layin low and working out for the enjoyment with no pressures. I've been rotating between running (max 50 min), elliptical, and biking. I've also started doing some pilates tapes with my roomie to keep my abs and legs in some respectable shape since I dont have access to a real weight room right now.
I was planning on heading to the track this week to do In's and Out (sprinting the straights, jogging the curves) just so I could feel some speed and turnover... and see how my body responds to somethin a little more intense. BUT our school is having their high school football camps (thins 300+ boys on hormones) so I'm definitely not going to be out there doin laps half dressed (cuz yeah in the summer I live in my spandex world of shorts and sports bras). So I'm going to see if I can get to a high school track sometime...

I think these are kinds of workouts you should do once or twice week anyway. Your program is not so much disrupted as realigned.
